Late Happy New Year 2026.

I know I’ve been quiet here for a while.
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season

— and Happy New Year 2026.

To start the year, I’d like to re-introduce myself.

Hi, I’m Hana.

I’m a board-certified nurse practitioner (more specifically, adult-gerontology), clinic owner, mom, wife, and daughter — and someone who deeply understands how frustrating it is to feel unwell with “normal labs.”

Re:health began from my own health journey.

After having children, I went through a difficult season—like the winter months of January and February—struggling with postpartum depression.

It wasn’t just emotional heaviness; it affected my energy, my patience, and how I showed up each day. I cried often in the car on the way to work—not because I didn’t want to work, but because waves of sadness would come and go without warning, like waves. Even now, I still experience challenges at times, which reminds me that healing is not always linear. That season of my life changed the way I understand health, hormones, and the mind–body connection in a very personal way.

Many symptoms are not “just in your head.”

They can be influenced by hormones, stress, trauma, life changes, and aging. Too often, people are reduced to diagnoses and lab numbers instead of being seen as whole being.

I truly believe that how you feel reflects what is happening inside your body — and that your physical health and emotional well-being are deeply connected. If you feel exhausted, depressed, or frustrated, there is usually a reason. It may be related to fluctuating hormones, thyroid dysfunction (including autoimmune patterns), nutrient deficiencies, or metabolic imbalance. Not everything can be explained by lab values alone—but symptoms are real. Sometimes it isn’t “just depression” or “just anxiety.” There may be underlying physiological factors that deserve deeper attention and a more thoughtful evaluation.

I take time to listen carefully to each patient’s story and lifestyle, because most people already know something feels off — they just don’t know where to start or how to approach it. That’s where I come in.

Every body is different.
Every story is unique.

I continue learning every day so I can better support those struggling with fatigue, anxiety, depression, weight changes, brain fog, burnout, and hormonal shifts—by translating complex health clues into understandable language and supporting a personalized path toward better health.

I can’t promise perfection.

But I can promise that I care deeply, I keep learning, and I show up fully for every patient—because this is the kind of care I would want for myself and for my family. We all deserve to be met with kindness, compassion, and respect.

If you’re here, I’m truly glad you found me.
