Medical weight loss
Losing weight is NOT easy, and many factors can make you feel defeated on this journey—bad genetics, pregnancy, menopause, busy/shift work, poor diet—you name it.
Shedding excess weight isn’t just about looking better; it’s about feeling better, gaining confidence, and reclaiming your vitality. It’s a journey towards a healthier, more vibrant life, allowing you to fully embrace each day with renewed energy and self-assurance.
Our goal is to help you feel yourself again.
Semaglutide.
This medication targets a receptor in the body known as the Glucagon-like Peptide 1 receptor (GLP-1).
Here's how it works: when blood sugar levels rise, it prompts the pancreas to release insulin, which helps control blood sugar. Additionally, it helps regulate the release of glucagon after meals, further assisting in blood sugar control. It also slows down the rate at which food moves through the stomach, resulting in a longer-lasting feeling of fullness and a decrease in appetite. In essence, it helps manage blood sugar levels and reduces hunger and food intake, leading to weight loss.
Delaying the emptying of the stomach, which leads to a feeling of fullness and slows the contraction of muscles that propel food through the gastrointestinal tract.
Lowering blood sugars.
Stimulating the secretion of insulin by the pancreas.
Lipo-B injection.
The Lipo-B injection is a combination of essential nutrients designed to support weight loss and promote overall health by boosting energy levels, improving metabolism, and enhancing fat metabolism.
It typically contains three key ingredients: Vitamin B6 & B12, and Lipotropic nutrients (M.I.C). Lipotropic agents are compounds of methionine, inositol, and choline that help promote the breakdown and metabolism of fat in the body. These compounds work together to support liver function, enhance fat metabolism, and aid in the removal of toxins from the body.

What Are Compounded Medications?
Compounded medications are custom-made pharmaceutical products created by licensed pharmacists or healthcare professionals to address the specific needs of individual patients. Our Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are compounded to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, purity, efficacy, and sterility. We achieve this through our trusted pharmacy partner, ensuring you receive the best possible care tailored to your unique requirements.
How is the medication administered?
The medication will be injected under the skin once every 7 days in the upper arm, thigh, or abdomen. If you are not comfortable with self-injection, you can start your first dose at our office, or choose our in-office plan with weekly Semaglutide administration.
How much weight is lost on average?
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide can help people lose 5% to 10% of their weight on average.
A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that Semaglutide has shown remarkable results, with up to a 15% reduction in body weight for some individuals (e.g., 30 pounds for someone weighing 200 pounds). Meanwhile, Tirzepatide led to over a 20% weight reduction—an average of 52 pounds per person.
Results can vary greatly depending on individual conditions such as stress, chronic diseases, and personal commitment. Medication provides the kickstart, but identifying weak points and revising your lifestyle are essential keys in this journey.
At Re:health, most clients in our medical weight loss program lose at least 1-2 pounds weekly with Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. Their success is not just due to the medication but also their commitment to lifestyle modifications, including mindful dietary choices and regular exercise. One client lost over 15 pounds within 7 weeks using Tirzepatide. Even with the lowest dose of Semaglutide, 0.25 mg weekly, one of our clients lost over 20 pounds in just 4 months. We see these incredible results, and we are proud of their hard work and dedication.
Can anybody start medication?
To be eligible for our medical weight loss program, individuals must have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m² or greater, or a BMI over 27 with at least one weight-related condition, such as high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, or high cholesterol.
Also, the GLP-1 class of drugs isn't recommended if you have:
A history of pancreatitis
A personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer
Multiple endocrine neoplasia
If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out via SNS, text, call, or we can discuss them during your initial intake appointment.
