Hana Sullivan
MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-C
Hi, I’m Hana—a mom of two little ones, wife, daughter, nurse practitioner, and founder of Re:health.
Originally from Korea, I’ve called Upstate New York home for over a decade. My nursing journey began in 2010 in Korea and eventually led me to earn both my BSN and MSN from Binghamton University. I’ve worked in pulmonology/endocrine-surgical units, ERs, med-surg units, internal and geriatric medicine, and primary care—serving diverse communities, including nursing homes. But deep down, I knew I wanted to help people before they got really sick. Over time, I saw too many people quietly suffer from chronic symptoms, fatigue, and burnout. That’s what sparked my passion for lifestyle medicine and preventive wellness.
That desire to dig deeper and care more personally is what led me to open Re:health, my wellness clinic in Corning, NY, in March 2024. I wanted to create a space that feels calm, intentional, and personalized—a place where people can heal, recharge, and take back control of their health. We focus on hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss with peptides, IV hydration, and vitamin injections, all tailored to your specific needs—not just numbers on a lab sheet.
As a woman, a mom, and someone who’s been in the healthcare system for years, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to not feel like yourself—and not know where to turn. That’s why I bring not just my clinical experience, but also compassion, empathy, and a little joy into every visit. I believe in making people feel truly seen and supported—whether we’re talking hormones, energy, or mindset.
When I’m not in the clinic, I’m a bit of a homebody—usually out with my family, digging in the garden or flower beds, or sweating outside while chasing after my kids. Life is busy and a little crazy—but it’s beautiful.
If you’re ready to feel more energized, clear-headed, and like yourself again, I’d be honored to walk that journey with you.
