These could all be symptoms of low testosterone.
We don't just treat lab results and numbers. We listen to you and your body to provide the best personalized treatment possible. We are here to help you to optimize your men's health and well-being through customized care tailored to your needs.
After 30, men's testosterone levels drop about 1% each year, or roughly 10% per decade.
This decline can vary widely, with normal levels ranging from 300-1,000 ng/dL, making it hard to pinpoint what's "normal" for you.
Low testosterone, known as male hypogonadism or Low T, happens when the testicles can't produce enough testosterone.
Aging isn't the only culprit; other factors like a sedentary lifestyle, obesity, stress, mental health issues, exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs), and chronic illnesses like Type 2 diabetes also play a role.
Low T symptoms can mimic common age-related issues, so it's easy to mistake Low T for just getting older.
If testosterone drops rapidly, especially if your levels are already borderline, symptoms can appear sooner and be more concerning.
Symptoms of Low T:
Low sex drive
Erectile dysfunction
Depression
Anxiety
Poor memory
Trouble focusing or concentrating
Lack of motivation or competitive drive
Decreased muscle mass or strength
Slower recovery after exercise
Longer recovery time after injury
Increased upper body or belly fat
Higher risk of pre-diabetes or diabetes
Increased risk of heart disease
Osteoporosis
Living with Low T
can be problematic
in men’s health.
Testosterone replacement therapy not only treats your Low T symptoms but also offers broader health benefits.
By treating low testosterone, you can make your body more sensitive to insulin, strengthen your muscles and bones, boost your brain function and cognition, and lower inflammation, which reduces the risk of heart disease.
Don’t you feel you again?
