FAQs

What can I expect at my first IV treatment?

Once you schedule an appointment, you'll receive intake questionnaires via email for completion. Once you've reviewed these forms, we'll confirm your appointment and send you an email and text to confirm. Should your medical conditions make you ineligible for IV hydration therapy, we'll contact you to explore other options. At your appointment, we'll assess your vital signs and condition before starting the IV therapy. Throughout the session, we'll monitor your response to the IV and reevaluate your condition after its completion.

How long will it take?

Individual experiences with IV treatments can differ. Including completing intake questionnaires on-site and consent forms, the entire IV session generally takes 30-45 minutes. To ensure ample time, we recommend planning to spend at least an hour with us.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. We accept Cash, Debit, or Credit cards, only.

Can anybody have IV hydration?

Most individuals can safely have IV hydration therapy, yet a few exceptions exist. Minors (under 18) and individuals with specific chronic diseases are not eligible for IV therapy. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, treatment is still possible, but certain medications may be restricted. You will be closely assessed on your medical history to ensure the safety of IV hydration. You need to reveal your current medical conditions, allergies, and medications before getting any treatments, as IV hydration therapy will be tailored accordingly based on this information. You’re also recommended to always consult your healthcare provider if you have, or suspect, you may have, a health problem.
